This blog is for those who have started their phd programs.And also for those who dream, what they would become in the future , which organizations hire people with phds in industrial drives and control engineering.

People are encouraged to share their views , ups and downs and emotional stress one has to face for doing a phd program . I do have concern for those from O.U. campus who have been subjected to lot of stress in their programs that has resulted in taking their own lives. When has education become so stressful that it has started to take lives of people ? who are responsible for these type of events, is  debatable.

So, I would like everyone who is aspiring to do phd programs to ponder over this and post comments on both technical aspects and emotional aspects of the program, on how one has to prepare or what should be the plan of action that has to go.

I would request senior professionals who have completed their phd programs to put thier views as guidelines in this blog so that it would help many amateurs to achieve success.
